Diaspora Folktales at Internet Archive: Week 2

So it's Saturday, which means wrapping up the week of books: this was the second week of African Diaspora folktale books at the Internet Archive! You can see the round-up from the first week here: Week 1 of African Diaspora Folktales.

I also got the African Diaspora Spreadsheet up and running! :-)

All this work depends on Controlled Digital Lending from the Internet Archive... a project that the big publishers are trying to shut down. If you haven't read about the lawsuit, here's a great piece that Chris Freeland wrote about it: Librarian's lament: Digital books are not fireproof. Chris's piece also got some coverage at TechDirt: Penguin Random House Demands Removal Of Maus From Digital Library Because The Book Is Popular Again.

And here are these week's books: enjoy!
